The Treasure's job is to handle all finances for the chapter. The treasurer's office
is modeled after another famous agriculturalist, George Washington. A chapter can't function without a strong financial
base, much like a country. President Washington knew this and built a strong economy, much like a treasurer
must do to help build a strong chapter.
